Delicious recipes come to us from Arab countries, the Middle East and Africa , and today we have to talk about hummus, a very common dish that seems to have its origins in Egypt. Beet hummus with soy bites Ingredients for beet hummus 250 grams of cooked beets 1/2 jar of cooked chickpeas 1 clove garlic 30 grams of tahini Fresh cilantro 1 lemon ground cumin Ground black pepper Spicy paprika Extra virgin olive oil Sal Sesame seeds Ingredients for soy snacks 70 grams of textured soy 50 grams of chickpea flour 1/2 onion 2 garlic Soy sauce 1 egg Sal Spicy chilli Fresh cilantro Black pepper Prepare the soy snacks first . Hydrate the textured soybeans with a little water. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, cilantro and chilli very finely.
